um, anything deep-fried! :)
i can't think of one dish that i could eat repetitively and not get sick of, but if i had to pick one cuisine from a specific culture, i'd go for chinese (at least the americanized version of it, since that's what i've been exposed to mostly).
my favorite comfort food is ramen soup (chicken flavor, to be specific) - my mom made that soup for me whenever i had a tummy ache as a child, so i have some strong associations of being cared for and comforted with it, and eat it to this day when i'm feeling down... :embarrassed:

But that's high in protein, calcium in the cheese, and vegetables in the condiments. Given, it's still unhealthy.

If you're much older than that.... Then this is exactly what is wrong with America. Its hard for me to believe that adult has such a pathetic vocabulary. And it's incredibly ironic considering the tremendous amount of posting you're doing... If you are a young fella, please excuse my comments.

Bacon
I'd probably only live a few weeks if all I ate was bacon but I'd be in bacon heaven for those few weeks and when I died, I'd go to heaven and request that all my meals be bacon.
I saw a show on the Travel Channel about a place in a little town in Texas that serves deep fried bacon. *sigh* Mmmmm

OH! That reminded me of another food I could eat forever...boiled peanuts. But, only if I make them and not a whole bunch at one time. The after effects of eating too many peanuts in one sitting is not pleasant.
