Does the iTouch have video out?

Hi All, I have the iPhone but am new to the touch world. I have been charged with buying one for my father-in-law. Can you tell me does the iTouch have video out. My 4th gen iPod does but just wanted to check the iTouch is the same. Will my existing lead work?


Oh and does it have a recessed headphone jack like the iPhone? (thought i would sneak that one in):gasp:

The Touch has many of the same features as the iPhone. You will need to get an authorized A/V cable compatible with eiher device to watch video from the Touch - video, outputted from the dock connector requires a special decoding chip contained in the authorized cable.

Not sure about the headphone jack.
