How many iPhones have you had?

I was just wondering how many iPhones you guys have gone through with either replacements, or different ones you may have purchased for whatever reason.

okay i sent it in the mail on 9-21-7 and got it back... I guess on 10-3-7 since that was the next thread i started about it. It was only supposed to take 3 days. But everyday i called and they said they hadn't gotten to it yet. I got this for like 10 days and finally i called and said LOOK, I haven't had my phone for 10 days... FIX IT! So the lady was like, okay. Sending you a new one overnight! lol. that was the worst week and a half EVER!

It worked out well in the end though. I would wait 10 days for a new one than 3 or 4 days for a refurb. I could just use my blackberry and suffer a tad for the time being.

mine is in great condition. they both were. Mine looks brand new still. You taking care of yours john?

I'm on my 3rd. The original one had battery problems, 2nd one lasted 9 months before the vibrator broke. In all cases, they were replaced without any problems but I have AppleCare for it so that may have made a difference.

Got mine on iDay - I've had it in 3 different cases. It's naked at the moment, and completely scratchless.

I think I remember him saying over 100 different people have probably played with his...Im pretty sure it was him, but I could be wrong.

On phone #3. The first one the camera went all weird on me. The second, the vibrate stopped working and made a very disturbing sound. Here's hoping something else goes wrong right before my warranty runs up.... nothing like getting the freshest battery for as long as you can, right?

Although I must say the one I have right now is pretty sweet. The screen is absolutely perfect.

-Ive always seen the worst of things when people have gotten new phones then let others play with it and DROP IT! My friend had gotten a SideKick 3 back in its prime like in 2006, and the day after she had gotten it she let a friend of ours see it after class in the hallway, and when he tried to flip open the screen it flipped outta his hands haha!
-After seeing that I will let noone but my closest friends with me hounding over them play with my iPhone :tounge:

I am on Iphone #7
#7 is the new 3g phone.
I went through 5 other v1 phones as they stopped ringing, or the speaker would quit, or the screens would screw up. The warranty saved me, but im a strange perfectionist, and any little malfunctions irritate me to no end.
Strangely enough, I am very careful with the phone, and have yet to drop it once, so i can't imagine it is directly my fault.

I got my v1 a couple of weeks after iDay. Never had a single problem I'd never even done a restore until the iDay2 when my Bluetooth was messed up on my new 3G and I was attempting to resolve my issues. That phone was replaced a week later. So far, this one's working just fine.

BUT your day is coming soon, my friend! By the time your contract obligation is up all these problems with the 3G will be sorted out and in the history books. You're track record might even remain unblemished since you're likely to get an issue free iPhone in a few months.

I am currently on #4 right now. My v1 had no issues at all, but my 3G wasn't so lucky. So far so good on the current one though!
