An easier way to join than navigating the channels list is typing "/join eic".

An easier way to join than navigating the channels list is typing "/join eic".That was much easier, cause I would always type "#eic" in the box, and it would find nothing:tounge: So I have to scrool down the list and look very carefully for our chatroom, luckily we had like 6 people in their so it was farther towards the top of the list:wink:

-Employees or the "crew" staff, get 30% discounts off of food when not working and the use of the "Gold Card", and when I'm working I get free food based on how many hours I work: So like if I work 2 hours I get 1 thing from the dollar menu, but if I work 4 or more hours I can grab a value meal of any sort when on break or at the end of the shift:laugh2:

Haha cool. Good luck with your new job. I know how you feel cause I am just turning 16 next week so the only place i could work till then would be mcdonalds, but i hate that place so much i wouldnt even work there. i already have a bunch of ideas for places i am going to apply for next week =]

Yah luckily the first iPhone just came out exactly a week after my birthday so I just got it as a slightly late birthday present. My mom waited 3 hours in line for it too! I was shocked. She said she'd think about getting the new one for me too but she was hesitant to answer when I asked her. That is most likely because she has spent a lot of money on me lately since I am just beginning to drive (drivers ed/training). Oh well, at least this time I will have the money to buy it. I luckily live right next to a bunch of stores and stuff so I wont have to waste money on gas to get there (if I get hired by one them).

Thats cool man! I know few people who have parents that are as fortunate to have as your's :wink:
-My mom sure wouldnt wait in-line for an iPhone, unless I paid her too or she was buying the same phone. My mom wanted an iPhone but after seeing the price- like most people- she tried to find faults with it so that she feel good about not buying it lol!
-2 weeks later my mom went and got a red blackberry pearl! I tried to warn her, but she doesnt listen and is so gullible to these types of matters. She also bought it from on sprint with a plan that cost $95.00+tax a month, when if she had listened to me she could have gotten the blackberry curve!

I now know like 7 people with an iPhone, but when it had launched over the summer last year and school had started back up, I didnt know one person with an iPhone until after christmas! And I think thats when I decided to join this forum...

I think the plastic back will be fine. Apple makes high quality products [at least in durability] and I have dropped my phone Manu times and the fee scratches that I have on the bottom black part are not that visible. I'm sure the new one will be as durable if not more.

As for 3G you have a pretty good reason. I on the other hand have 3G almost everywhere in my city. The only non 3G section is one small park (that I've never been to) and a strip that is a 2 block width and like 5-7 block length. Even the place I plan to move to after highschool has 3G everywhere so its perfectly fine for me.

Yeah I need some help on this on this subject soon, cause I'm all for new technology and staying up-to-date, and I can also look past the iPhone 3G plastic back cause like you said Apple make very great quality products, but I refuse to pay for service I cant use especially since this is a minimal wage job I'm working haha!

-Btw I was on t-mobile a few minutes ago putting together a "future" plan for me, and its amazine how I can get 600 minutes with unlimited weekends, unlimited data, with unlimited text for $60 Dollars!!:2cool:
