Okay. Does the new iPhone come out tomorrow? Or is it just the conference. And what is the conference about, if it is in fact the conference tomorrow?

The conference is tomorrow(1PM EST). It will cover many topics and Steve has been know to drop a bomb that no one saw coming. The new phone will probably just be announce tomorrow with a release date, but you never know.
You can see the video on Apple's website a few hours after it is over.

Unless I'm mistaken, there is no set time frame, but it does begin at 10 AM Pacific Time, 1 PM Eastern Time. Here (http://developer.apple.com/wwdc/) is Apple's page on WWDC.

This conference (Worldwide developers Conference) tends to focus on developer topics, for example, the iPhone SDK.

Where as macworld in January focuses on new product releases, for example, the Macbook Air.

They tend to be very exciting periods of time for us Apple Fanboys that involve several computers running each with several windows open of different rumor websites covering the event.

Yeah sometimes at Macworld new products are released that very day!
