Then this thread isn't for you.
New game, one I feel we NEED. SO... the rules are:
Make a post saying something nice about the person that posted before you.
Either what you like about them, or some compliment on their name or avatar or the like.
DO NOT make a negative post.
DO NOT make a sarcastic post with the intent of being condescending.
DO NOT make any kind of post that will fuel any drama that is still in the air.
Please respect the intent of this thread. We have had too many locked as it is.
OK. So. Go ahead and begin.

Aggie- you are just all around funny. You are a smart alec (this is good IMO), and you remind me of my brother.

Ok a couple more:
The good things I've noticed about people here:
Buffy: Sweet, beautiful, intelligent, the total package, too far away from Dallas.
Hayes: Always happy, peacemaker, loves to post, cool lookin eye, has alot of hair, seems to be a very open person
OJ: funny as hell, sometimes too intelligent for his own good, likes to party, likes to have fun, has a passion for golf as I do, has a big set of jewels, takes pictures of his labors on the toilet, can possibly outdrink me
Dana: astute, intellectual, like OJ funny as hell, a gentleman, baseball fan, well spoken, seems to be a genuine, caring person
Dave: drunk (this is not a bad thing)
patrick: see above. needs to learn to appreciate Texas beers. Lives in Texas which is definitely a plus. Has a pretty cool blog.
I will add more later. gotta get ready to go to a birthday party.
yall have a good evening.

Hayes is the peacemaker, the lover, the poet. Anyone who doesn't like him is just wrong.
JJ can hang on the Wii, and he's great late-night company on the boards.
Lisa is just overall good-natured, fun-loving, and really cute :D
Buffy doesn't have a mean bone in her body. I've never seen her in a bad mood. And she and Lisa should just start making out right now.
iCafe is a very intelligent gadfly who keeps getting cooler every day.
Dana is cooler than all of us combined, and will one day laugh at himself for the recent dramatics. Very very smart guy.
Alexander is very high on my list of "EIC folks I gotta have a beer with soon" Super-cool guy.
Patrick just might be the nicest guy on ANY iPhone forum. Also scary intelligent. And a great friend.
All of you are great friends. I couldn't imagine my life without any of you.... I'll post more later. Just got home from the beach, so I'm busy shaking out sand :D
Just wanted to contribute to a great thread.

Wow, where do I begin with Dave...he's precious - our resident music mixer maestro; he's loyal, accepting, a natural peacemaker and peacekeeper, highly intuitive and intelligent, very witty, slightly perverted, easy-going and I could go on and on. Mucho muah
And Lisa, that was sooo sweet! Warm fuzzies. ;)

And Aggie, he is the MAN. He's laid back (except when there are attractive women around), loves his beer, is often FOS (in the nicest possible way), has a great sense of humor, also doesn't take crap from anyone but generally lets things roll off his back, has beautiful eyes, also a kind person, loves to kick it with the guys, also loyal and I suspect affectionate. Love me my Aggie!
Edit: And, like Dave, he is also a pervert.
I'm just going to add to this as I think of someone so I don't keep posting. I'm having fun with this!
JJ is generally a pretty sweet and gentle guy, also easy-going and easy to get along with. He's very family oriented and is very protective of his loved ones; a stand-up kind of guy.
Kelley is strong but sensitive, has a quick with and loves to laugh and make others laugh. What you see is what you get; she is the real deal. She's our style icon and knows how to get what she wants (*cough* iphone *cough*) She has a sweet spirit about her and probably isn't capable of hurting a fly (well, maybe a fly, but certainly not a person). She's an animal lover and will all aforementioned qualities will become null and void should she catch anyone abusing an animal.
Ramesh is also a pretty laid back, easy going guy. He's loyal to those closest to him, is fairly conservative, and highly values his relationships with people. He's a kind-hearted animal lover who rarely if ever complains.
Hayes is multi-faceted; on one hand he's the class clown, on the other, as Dave stated, he's an artist. Gentle, sensitive, and compassionate, he highly dislikes conflict and is a true "people person" in every sense of the word.
Hondamaker is a manly macho man who doesn't take crap from anyone. He's fiercely protective of those close to him, could care less what people think, yet he has an extremely sensitive side. Like a lot of our guys, he likes his beer and likes to shoot the bull late at night when he's playing hooky from bed.
OJ is our no-nonsense tell-it-like-you-see-it guy with a conservative edge and a biting sense of humor which I find hilarious. I appreciate his political views, and he -like the rest of our EIC boys-likes his beer. He has been quite helpful with iPhone and golfing questions.
Geordisjd's pics are amazing; I always enjoy looking at whatever she's snapped. I appreciate her knowledge and her demeanor and her subtle humor she manages to slip in her posts. She's also quite helpful with iPhone questions...her love of gadgets (and CARS) is just cool.
COASTS - I always enjoy his posts, his perspective; he sees things in a unique way. I identify with his wanderlust; he's well traveled and appreciates different cultures and different foods as much as I do. His artistic photography on iRovr is always appreciated by a photo ho like me, and there's a kindness and calmness I sense about him. Very, very cool guy.

Hondas would probably be a good first car. Hondas last an incredibly long time, get great gas mileage (even better mileage if you get a hybrid model), and dont have expensive maintenance.

As for iRovr - we have our first iRovr/EiC real life encounter tonight. Larry, I, and my wife are having dinner tonight. Have no idea where we're going, but it's happening in less than 30 minutes.

My apologies and I edited my post! I assumed you already had an iPhone. This website works well on the iPhone.

I don't know PDS that well, but he seems pretty chill and laid back. Solid, in my book.

you mean 21 rite?
Actually, they may be lowering the age in his state. Check out THIS (http://www.asylum.com/2008/05/01/states-consider-lowering-the-drinking-age/?icid=100214839x1201239440x1200044272) article. Bad idea, IMO.

Having been gone for a month I have realized how much I look(ed) forward to coming here after my shows and having fun.
I do plan on coming back and posting more as soon as my gig ends on August 3.
I am in a house that has NO internet access and EVERY DAMN wireless router in the neighborhood is secured.
I nearly lost my mind posting from my phone and every Wi Fi spot here in New Hampshire is closed by 9pm, along with the liquor stores and all of the bars.
But it is 55 degrees on top of the mountain 10 minutes from my house and the air is cool and I can see for 75 miles, so I guess there are benefits.
Sincerely
Dana

Ah buffy, you are so sweet!!! This is a good old fashioned love-fest, I don't know how I missed it!

And you, too, Kelly! You are giving in your compliments and truley a "white knight" (or princess) here at EIC!

I have yet to see anyone post in this thread that I would have something negative to say about. You are all upstanding citizens of the EIC and should all be proud to be helpful to new users of the iPhone. You all rock!
