I am not aware of anyplace you can see it live, but there will be updates here and other places on the internet and Apple will post a video on their website.

I doubt there will be live video. I think this (http://www.apple.com/quicktime/guide/appleevents/) is the best place to find the full keynote not too long after it ends. Anyone have a better link?
