Sure, why not? It's going to be the same Touch you'd get anywhere else. That being said, I too do not like Walmart and their business practices. So I'd buy elsewhere if I could.

They are giving 3 accessories with it for $309.00 which is pretty dam tempting.

For anyone interested, they are also offering a 40GB PS 3 with $100 Wally World Gift Card for $399 (http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?t=833345).

Maybe... Only bad points would be that if something breaks or even the most insignificant defect arises dont expect walmart to try a replace it unless you have the receipt and returned with those 30-days.

Wherever you can get the best deal is what I'd say, Cause I bought my iPod Video from Best Buy and faced enormous tax additions, I love Best Buy but when theirs something such a $60 dollar xbox 360 game, its really $65 dollars :(

I went to Best buy as I couldn't wait any longer, the Wall mart deal was online only and out of stock. I diden't want to wait weeks for an i pod Touch.

My friend just got one from Wally World and got the certificate. Then he got GTA4 and an HDMI cable for free basically. Not fair.

Yeah I paid about $30 more to get the car and home power accessories, but I didn't have to wait longer.

I ended up not buying one there as I hate that store, couldn't wait to leave as I hate how they have whored themselves out to China and the poor pay of their employees. I didn't want to wiat for the on line deal to be in stock, so I spent more money and went to best buy and got what I wanted that day, and felt great about it too.
