Oh yeah, I've been to the mountains in NC and they are totally worth crappy mobile reception. Enjoy them!

Welcome, Catherine. I've got cruddy reception as well, and you're right; it's a trade-off. Enjoy the forums - we have lots of fun here. :wink:

Welcome to EIC, Catherine. I agree that it's a trade-off; I've been to a resort with the most beautiful mountains ever and I had no service, and I didn't care a bit.
