SIM card...after jump drive transfer at AT&T, now what??

Ok, I paid them $15 to transfer my existing sim card's data to the jump drive like they require. I have a file on it that says: "Backup 2007_06_29 (001).PBB"

I can't get windows to recognize this file. So...how do we get this data into the iphone??
