Hi all,
This is my first post:embarrassed:
Got a bit of a problem. I have a 1.1.2 that was jailbroken/activated/unlocked and initially iTunes would sync with my phone, until I recently installed cydia & we_Tool. I restarted the phone and discovered that it wont boot, it just stay on the apple logo and continually reset. I proceed on a trial & error mission using Iphonebrowser & deleted lockdown and some other files i cant remember.
I noticed that now iTunes will not detect the phone. If I put the phone into restore mode, iTunes will display a message "iTunes must check the iphone software update server to identify this device", but when I click check it will bring the message "the iPod software update server could not be contacted". Oddly, iTunes would not detect the device neither will windows see it as a camera or whatever.
Any suggestions as to how I can get the phone up back and running?
Some extra info: I cannot enter the phone again with iphonebrowser
