I would try a restore. It might also be a problem with a particular song. I had a converted movie file that wouldn't transfer and as soon as I deleted the file the rest sycned perfectly.

it's not a problam with one song because i chack it with my iPod (not my iPhone) and it transfer all of the songs, so it's a problam with the iPhone, maybe you need to change the prperties ?
and everytime it stuck in another song .

Did you restore as a new iPhone or from a backup?

In iTunes when you choose to restore, it will ask if you want to restore as a new iPhone or if you want to restore from a backup on your computer. You should choose to restore as a new iPhone as that is more likely to get rid of the traces of a Jailbreak.

That's just giving you the option to backup the contacts and everything back to your computer. I would just make sure all the contacts are on your computer first and then select "Don't Backup" as you're trying to restore as a new iPhone instead of a backup anyway. That should do the trick.

That's bizarre. My friend got a new iPod Touch this weekend and as soon as we plugged it into the computer fresh out of the box) we got this error message. I tried everything here: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=307120 as well as other methods but to no avail. The Touch just wouldn't work at all. We took it back to the store and told them what happened and they replaced it on the spot. It wasn't Jailbroken or anything so we didn't have to worry about that but I don't know if they would be able to tell if your phone was Jailbroken or Unlocked as it cannot be restored or anything in iTunes.
