I know there's a hack for this, but i can't for the love of me find it. any help to get my wallpaper on the screen permanently, like behind the icons, would be really appreciated.

jailbreak your phone, an then install the app "Summerboard". It allows you to use different themes for your phone (including wallpapers, icons, docks, and other options).

if you open up SMB preferences, under the "advanced" heading, switch wallpaper "on".

or you can download summerboard themes in installer that come with their own wallpapers.

1. go into installer and scroll down to "themes (summerboard)" and download 1

2.go into "smbprefs" and switch theme to the 1 you just downloaded.

3. go back in to installer and uninstall that theme

4. now you can use the pics on your ipod as backrounds for the homepage:laugh2:
