Seamless and quick activation- existing ATT Family Plan

Not sure if it's that I use a MAC; but I have a family plan on ATT and activation was typical Apple- a breeze.

I am on a Mac, existing family plan....close to 3 hours

from store to home and activation 58 mins.

would have been quicker, if i would have used the correct zip code. Call ATT got right through and she walked me through activation after checking my zip....

Well- we now have all three time zones syncing. Itunes Store is down, or , for me, inaccessible. Inevitably, you'll be on.
