iPhone Screen Question

Is it normal to have a border around the iphone screen? It's most noticeable in the sunlight.

I found this pic of someone that had the same problem but they didn't follow up on it.

I'm sure this topic has been brought up before but i've done different keyword searches and haven't found anything.

I just tested my own iPhone under my desk lamp and I do , in fact, have a border around the screen as well. So, my guess is that it's normal. I didn't even notice it until now.

yeah i just noticed it earlier when i went to a ballgame. it's kind of annoying once you know its there.

Yes I believe it is normal. I have the same border, and so does my sister who also has an iPhone

Oh yea.. I noticed that a few weeks ago out in the sun. I though my phone was screwed up for a second. I'd never been able to see it before without the bright light.
