hi i have unlocked iphone version 1.1.4 but it has very much low volume on speaker phone and also on rightone volume so is there any software to increase volume of iphone?
is there any software so that we can operate radio fm in iphone for radio FM in india?

umm there is a app in installer that does and you can poke holes in the film of the speakers to make it louder

Just to clarify, there is only one speaker on the iPhone -- the one on the left as you're looking at the front of the iPhone. The one on the right is the microphone.

The name of the modification is iAmp. Also, as mentioned above, using something like a paperclip to puncture the plastic shield inside the speaker (on the left) will increase sound.
