Ring tone volume resets to zero????

about every other day or so I find the slider under settings /sound in the zero or off position???? Making me miss alot of calls!

Are you sure the volume control on the side of the phone isn't just hitting something causing the volume to decrease? It happens to me on occasion when I put my phone into my pocket.
