my buddy list comes up really tiny and far away. i hope someone fixs this soon. im going to use this app more then any other im sure of it

also i can figure out how to install it on my server (if anyone can do it for me they can use ichat on my server free with no time limit).

Well, I don't have an iPhone yet, but can't you zoom in to a web page by pinching out? That would make your list bigger.
