I have been waiting outside since 9 am this moring and have still not been able to activate my phone!!!! THis is honestly the worst product related experience I have ever had!!!!!!

relax, go to the gym.. take a nap.. your phone will be fine, just give it a little time, at leastu have one
Seriously, my iphone activated in under 60 seconds. I still can't use it on my computer because the usb port recongnizes it as a digital camera and itunes won't list it.

I had it out of the box and activated in less than 10 minutes.

Don't worry. I had to wait 2 hours for it to activate but it's worth it. Trust me.
I'm using it now...

Same frustration here. Closing in on 3 hours and I am an existing customer. At&T had no problem cutting off my old phone in 5 minutes. Bad thing is I don't have a landline, so this is my only phone

Same here. Just give it time, the servers are most likely getting slammed right now.
Exactly, it's not a poor activation process. It's just very high demand for the servers.

I agree the servers are slammed, but At&T had to know that would be the case. Honestly, theyy knew it would be this way and should have been prepared
