manually manage music and videos???

this option is not showing up for me...is anyone else having this problem..i dont know what to do..i put in my old ipod and it shows for that. anyone having the same problem?

for music its ok because u can just make a playlist of the music you want...but for videos, you cant select specific videos...wtf? just unwatched or all????? this has to be a mistake. can anyone help?
