How to put dvd onto my iPod Classic?

I want to put some dvds to my ipod so I can enjoy them on the way . Do i have to purchase a special dvd to ipod converter, if so where and which one? What is the easiest way, because i really don't want to buy my favorite movie off of itunes if i have already bought it at a movie store...HELP!!!!!

If you're on a Mac the easiest software to use is likely going to be Handbrake. It's freeware and works great. If you're using a PC then Videora is probably going to be the easiest. You'll need to download Videora as well as DVD Decrypter. There are great step-by-step directions right in the Videora software.

For freeware,I recommend Videora and Handbrake,
For Paid softwarwe,I think PQ iPod Video Converter and Avex converter are better cause their converting speed is awesome.
