How do you transfer files to your iPhone?

I use iPhoneList by connecting to my PC via USB. I heard of some FTP programs on the iPhone so i can do this wirelessly. What are they called, where can I find them, and how do I use them?

I just installed OpenSSH on my iPhone and the icon s not showing up on SpringBoard. What do I do?

Go into the modifications forum and click on my thread 'What Jailbreaking Is And What It Does', which is stickies at the top. It explains what SSH is and how to use it.
