Unable to set up used phone :-(

:frown:I bought an used 4 gb Phone.
I can not make itunes set it up with AT&T
I have a contract on a regular phone with AT&T want to switch to the used phone I bought.
I can not remove the old number from itunes
How can I make itunes see it as a New Phone ?
Do I have to buy a new SIM ?
What feature do I use To restore the phone to factory setting after using ziphone ?

Restore the phone in iTunes by plugging it in, and pressing restore.

I have done taht and still show the previous phone number.
Out of luck here :-(

Go by an at&t store to pick up a new sim card. Install it and then set up the phone through itunes.
