I'it.m trying to find the settings for swirly mms for T-mobile. I looked( not near as hard as I should have)and couldn't find the thread. If someone knows where it is or how I can find it, I would greatly appreciate

to get it to work you have to have a family plan with unlimited mesaging
(so you have mms on your plan)
do an online chat on at&ts website- tell them you were on the phone w/cust service because you have had a problem with your iphone losing signal (says no signal and no bars). tell them its your only phone and they couldnt send an OTA to your phone because you were talking on it.
have them send the ota - they will have you turn off the phone - sometimes they have you remove the sim- tell them you now have full bars and end the chat
i did this about 2 months ago and mine is still working, even after upgrading to 2.2

So the 1,500 SMS plan doesn't have MMS? I had it with my old BB.

ive never had a blackberry so im not familiar with the different plans
i would try the webchat without changing your plan and see what happens
when they send the ota it changes the way their computer sees the iphone bypassing the mms block- it allows the iphone to use the messaging plan set up for the family

but it tells me failure
you dont have an active GPRS/EDGE/3G connection for the moment this can be due to a temporary problem in the network or that your apn settings are incorrect please verify your apn settings on the settings page

Try 216.155.165.050:8080 in the Proxy setting. I have t-mobile and got the same response, but when I added the zero, it worked.
