help unlocking iphone that has been winpwn'ed

i'm trying to unlock the iphone. i have succesfully winpwn'ed my iphone. My goal is to allow it to use any sim card while i travel abroad. I want to keep AT&T here in the US. How do you install bootneuter on the windows winpwn? does anyone have any detailed instructions...

i understand that you are suppose to use bootneuter, but i have no idea how to get it on the iphone since it doesn't come with winpwn? any help would be appreciated!:laugh2:

Open Installer,
Add iClarified's source, (www.installer.iclarified.com) if not already added
download BootNeuter,
MAKE SURE AUTO LOCK IS NEVER!!!
Flash your bootloader to 3.9 Neuter on, Fakeblank Off, Unlock On.
it will take about 5-6 minutes, I did it yesterday,
and do not f-ck with the phone while its working.
