does anyone know where the sunburst image for dock is located? i searched for a while with no results. i want to replace the image with a clear sunburst that you cant see, i just hate seeing that yellow sunburst all the time.

I haven't used Dock in a while, but it does place an app in the /Applications folder, right? If so, there should be an image inside the app somewhere that is the sunburst.

that was the first place i looked and dock isnt there. when i said i looked around for it i meant that i actually searched around on the phone for it. im familiar with changing .png images and all that i just cant seem to find where dock and its contents are stored.

Do you happen to know if it's compatible with 1.14? If so, I'll download it and do a bit of gophering around.

really? i just watched it for about 2 mins (felt kinda retarded just sitting there and staring at it lol) and i didnt see it move. but even if its a gif or series of pngs would you happen to know where it/they are located?

a gif doesnt have to move it can be a static image but it can also be animated. if you look at some of the peoples avatars on eic that move they are all gifs. some programs dont play a gif and will only show the first image in the sequence of images if its an animated gif. that might be the case with the iphone and thats why your wallpaper didnt move.

ok so i emailed nate true and got the file path from him. if anyone is interested the file path is /usr/local/bin/dock/sunny.png
here is the blank image to replace the starburst.
