View Full Version : What am I missing now I'm on 1.1.4 at last
I just upgraded to 1.1.4 this morning and all went as sweet as a nut.
iLiberty+ made it all so simple with everything working fine.
Having been out of the loop for a while, what apps am I maybe missing that weren't available to me on 1.1.2?
So far the changes I've noticed are:
Map locate me
Jiggly icons
Web shortcuts
...and it seems snappier.
Anything else?

Animated Gifs in Safari work better.
Safari loads page screen shot when your in that "Add New Page/Flick To page" mode.
You can sent multiple sms's now.
Mail supports Gmail IMAP straight from Account selection..
Thats about it.
Yeh i noticed its a tad more responsive too.
However Downloading a lot of applications Slows it down a lot! So be careful.

a whole new string of 113 and 114 appls
Thanks mofolo, I didn't know about the GMail. I just set it up as Other for IMAP.
I have a lot fewer apps now. Upgrading with a restore made me think about each one and if I really used it. You're right that the more apps the slower it gets.

if you install and use BossTool, they will not slow you down as much.
that's half the reason I only have like 10 extra apps..
