Hello, I just recently got a 16gb iTouch, Im trying to find a program to install apps with, I used to use iBrickr on my iPhone, im not sure if it will work on my iTouch tho, if it does let me know! Thx.

You'll need to jailbreak your Touch before you can install apps. Browse the Modifications section for best / current methods.

Once you're jailbroken, Installer is the app you use on the iPhone itself to browse and install new apps ...
