Yes ZiPhone works great for most people depending on your OS and your iPhone. Both work and if something goes wrong a simple restore fixes it all.

Yeh everything works 100%

To get Youtube to work - you have to download the 1.1.4 Youtube Activtor.

In installer goto Tweaks (1.1.4) -> 1.1.4 Youtube...

Restart and you've got a fully functional unlocked iphone :)
