Looks from the pictures like your basic notes application... with handwriting recognition. Sweet!
I'm downloading it as I type.
Edit: It's not a seperate app... you can call it up from any keyboard entry. It becomes a toggle entry on the ABC/123/#+- key.
So far, the recognition leaves a little to be desired. Awesome concept and brilliant implementation, though!
