No Summerboard?

I had to rejailbreak. I backed everything up, and it's all back on the phone. Everything works, but I cannot get my themes to show up? What am I missing? Summerboard is where it's supposed to be. Customize, FontSwap, StatusStyle, etc, all work okay.

Any suggestions?

Just guessing but some of the themes that i dowload just dont show up in my summerboard

None of these show up. They all worked before I had to restore, and rejailbreak. I think I'm missing a file of some sort?
