no sound!

my phone wont play any sounds such as ringing, and the keys clicking. music still plays. i did a restore and it still didnt work. anyone know how to fix this? thank you

Did you try the old plug and unplug the headphones a couple times?

settings-->general-->reset-->reset all settings.

Also, plug the headphones in and out quickly.
