Help..no sound in the iphone

Hi everyone..maybe here someone can help me..
i'v noticed today that theres no sounds at all in the iphone. i can't here any music from the ipod.no ringtone when someone calls me, i cant hear anyone and anyone cannot here me..
another thing..the volume bottun on the side is not working at all, every time i'm pressing the side buttun the iphone is not reacting to any touch for about 30 sec after that.
i'v tried to reset the iphon and reset all the settings.. nothing is not working..

Something like this happened to me but it wasnt as bad. What happened was I pulled the headphones out and for some reason the iPhone thought I still had the headphones in. I did a reset and that did nothing. I finally plugged the headphones back in, fired up the iPod and played a song. Sound came out of the headphones. I stopped the song and pulled the headphones again, and then I had sound. Worth a try.
Also, did you try to do a hard reset? Hold the home and sleep buttons for 10 seconds? If nothing else, I would try a restore in iTunes. If that doesnt work, bring it back.

try going to settings>>General>>Reset>Reset all settings, should fix your problem

hey, Tnx for the reply.. but i'v tried the reset and nothing workes..
and i can't hear any volume with or without the headphones.
