ZiPhone Problem

I recently jailbroke my iPhone. I downloaded an app called Erica or something that is used to change the time while on the homescreen (on status bar). While is was jailbroken I changed it to iPhone. Now i got rid of it, the jailbreak that is and the "iphone" I added when i jailbroke it is still there. How do I get rid of it?

Restore again, and MAKE sure you set up as a new iPhone, on iTunes.

I fixed it, but thanks. I just jailbroken again and reset the banner on the program
