Does someone have suggestions for programs that remove virus' and spyware?? Let me know asap

Spybot Search and Destroy is a good place to start. It's free and well regarded

I personnaly use Trend Micro Internet Security. Not free, but effective, and does not choke up the PC like Norton did prior.

is this iPhone related? can you get a virus on your iPhone?

My understanding is that you can get the virus on your Windows machine via the USB connection made to a device. I know there was a case of the 5G iPod having a virus. But, not aware of others.

Are you serious? I hope you're using 2005's version.

2007 has to send everything through TMPROXY which completely affects your computer's performance as its memory footprint continues to grow.

TMIS is honestly the reason I ended up going Mac full time, lol.
