Deleting Albums from Itouch?

Hi there,
I added a ton of music for my wifes Ipod- is there a way to NOT add or eliminate the ones I have added to our collection that ended up on my Ipod?

Check the "Manually manage music and videos" option in iTunes.

SO I guess I need to delete all the music on my I touch first then reinstall the songs w the manual method?
Is there a way to only delete the music or songs in the Itouch or does it have to be done through a reset then reload?

With the manual management, you can drag just the songs you want from iTunes to your iPod Touch.
