Hello to all, just received the iphone for birthday, and I am lost as to how to do things on this, apple gives very little support. Issues I am having are: connecting to wireless router at home,custom made ringtones and wallpapers, any help would really be great. Thanks to all who r willing to help.

Welcome to EIC. If you enter the key words wireless router,ringtones, and wallpaper, you will get tons of info. There is a whole section devoted to wallpaper on the main page of the forum. Ringtones are easy to do and the steps are laid out step by step. If you are on a Mac, garage band is the best way to go.

for me, this was as easy as you could hope for. i turned on wifi, saw my network, selected with my finger, entered the password and voila!

Find out the passkey for your router. Everything should be pretty much automatic.
