So i have an incase rubber case and somehow, my iphone was dropped with it on. no big deal the case is on it should protect it right? WRONG. later that day i tired to raise the volume and after i did, the ringer box wouldnt go away. i took off the cover to discover a HUGE dent in the upper side of the ringer. now i cant raise the volume on the rocker and im reaalllyy pissed off because i didnt drop it and the whole idea of the case was protection.
What do i do?
should i make an appointment at genuis bar?
will i pay?
help PLEASE!

Apple won't repair it for free. Dropping the phone whether it has a case or not is not covered in the warranty.

You'll have to to take it to Apple and most likely pay - not full price, but some - for a new iPhone.
