is there a way to enable google talk on the iphone?
as I understand it gtalk needs flash witch isn't available on the iphone yet. Unless thing have changed since I last checked.

enable! As in its a functionality for the iphone waiting to be enabled? No not available
There is no app or anything yet, but www.meebo.com will work if you want a browser messenger.

I came across iChabber when looking for something to fill this need.

It does more then just gTalk but it made me happy.

fring is cool.. and it even runs flawless in the backgroud..(well not 100% of the times:tounge:) :laugh2: (this is what IM should be all about).. but better than most of the native IM apps out there.. correct me if I am wrong.
Steevvvvooooooooo give us native IM that runs in the background too:gasp:.

Thanks..!! All I hate in fring is that it doesnt have the way to hide your visibility(invisible thingy) and it doesnt differentiate among your buddies that who is from yahoo or gtalk for instance.:gasp:
