Music transfer question.

I can transfer over all of my music purchased through Rapsody onto the iphone, correct?

no. rhapsody has an FAQ right on their site that states this here (http://www.rhapsody.com/rhapsody_faqs#7). it looks like you'll have to burn those songs to a cd in mp3 format, and then copy them back to your computer directly into itunes...
