Wifi with Orange Livebox

Anyone managed to link to Orange Livebox with Wifi with ipod touch? I can see the network, but when I enter WEP Key, it says I cannot join the network?:confused:

Hi, i also have the same problem. ive been searching for days but cant find the solution.
I have the orange livebox and have been trying to connect my Touch to it. Ive tried changing the wep preferences on the livebox set up but it wont work and i have other wireless gadgets in the house depending on these. does anybody know what i can do. ive also tried manually trying to connect it as ive heard this works but to no avail....
plz someone help!!!!!

I now have it working with the live box. On the back of the livebox is an obscure button with a number 1 on it. This apparently is for pairing. When the Touch is searching for available networks, press this button, and then when asked, enter WEP Key on your touch. I did this and 'Bingo' it works..... so give it a try.

Know its stupid, but when I was putting in WEP key, I didnt realize the Touch defaults to lower case when you tap a letter. The WEP Key is case sensative, so make sure all letters are CAPS. (Sure you've already discovered that one)

I had the same problem with my iphone 3g 2.1 and my problem was that the iphone can reject WEP key inscription. In your router settings, change the protection from WEP to WPA2, and type in a password, one thats really hard to guess :) and that should work. If you dont know how to access your router settings, contact orange BB help!
