record on pc to iPhone

I was wanting to record Howard stern on my pc and put it on my iPhone but I'm not sure what programs to use... Does any one have some ideas??

Actually, I don't have any names, but I do it on my Mac all the time, although Howard Stern is not my first choice:eek: to record on my HD.

First, do you already watch TV on your PC? If not, you have to get some device (TV Tuner, Videocapture hardware) to capture and record your TV signal. I use the Dazzle Hollywood Bridge on my MacPro to do that (and use my Mac's iMovie as software to process the movie, export it to whatever video format I want). The Bridge comes with PC-software only that allows you to do the same, but I'm not sure that it can export to MPEG-4 format. It also requires a firewire port.

There are plenty of USB videocapture devices out there for the PC that come with their own software and, for a price, will let you record, edit and export to different formats.
Maybe some PC-person out there can give you names.
