Ford/Ms "Sync" system with i-Phone

Does anyone have any experience yet with the Ford "Sync" system and the i-Phone?

What is working and what isn't?

I have a Ford w/the sync & I haven't experienced any problems.

I used to work with a guy who had the sync system in his Explorer Sport Trac. He said the sync system worked great. He told me that he could search by artist name, track name, ect. Voice commands worked pretty well. He did say some of the tougher names couldn't be recgonized. I wish I could be more specific but he was laid off a few months back.

I have a 2009 escape and now a 3gs. BT audio now streams as well. The only problem I am having is now when I connect it automatically goes to BT AUDIO. Does anyone know how to just have BT phone on and not the audio?

You can change this by using the aux button on the bottom of the right button next to the cd hole. You should be able to use this button to tell the radio what input is to be used. Otherwise,the new 3GS works quite well with sync(even though it is a Windows product.)
