1. Labyrinth.app under /Applications
2. Other files under /var/root/media/
3. Remember to set permission to all of the files to 0755 (You should do this every time you put any files manually trough SSH)
4. And the "Download New Level" is working (remember to switch on your WiFi)

Tested on my 1.1.4, WORKS

hey, when i went to use it there were no level packs, or anything available for download. When i was setting the permissions to 755 I noticed a bunch of folders that were zipped with different people's names. Should I unzip them?

Many thanks ! But the "Download new levels" doesn't work for me...

I've put everything in the right place, changed permissions and when I try to play, since there's no level pack included, I use the + symbol > I see a list of levels > I tap on one to download it, and nothing's happening.

Suggestions ?

the level pack is inside the rar that i uploaded for you

just upload in you iphone to the following folder

var/root/media/Labyrinth/Levels/

and any files inside the rar file must be transfered, levels should be there and no need to download

when i try to chose download level, the screen is blank, most probably because no new levels available, but who knows? cant expect much from "freed" version http://www.hardwarezone.com/img/forums/styles/hwz/smilies/smile.gif

you should have this

Application/Labyrinth.app
/var/root/Media/Labyrinth/images
/var/root/Media/Labyrinth/levels

i dont think the program will work if you put on /var/mobile/Media/Labyrinth

set permission to 755 for ALL the FILES

If I do that there should be files to download, correct? If so, there aren't.

set permission to 777 for ALL the files, and after that, the progress will be saved just fine

testd on 1.1.4

set permission to the folder doesnt mean you set the permission to a every single file within the folder (no exception), hope your program can use "select all" and then set ther permission

Doesn't work for me either... ALL my permissions are changed, and I have all the right files at the right place......

EDIT : Got it to work... I've deleted it and installed it again with the permission 755... I did nothing different than the last time...

Hey guys i just found the solution after numerous attempts

rem after running the game for the first time, go back to /var/root/Library/Labyrinth folder where you should be able to see 2 or 3 files inside now (this folder used to be empty when u first copied it over), now highlight the contents and set everything to 0777. Restart ur iphone, then play. Enjoy the game.

Put all to their files for 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 the same.

Then change permission for all files in

/var/mobile/Library/Labyrinth

/Applications/Labyrinth.app

to 777

And create symlink using putty
ln -s /var/mobile/Media/Labyrinth /var/root/Media

undid all the things i have done... to start from scratch

things to do:
1. install the original labyrinth demo from installer.app
2. download the 'freed' version
3. copy the 'freed' version to replace the original demo version (in the applications folder and also the var\root\Media folder)
4. a brand new working game


advantages of doing it this way.
the original demo version will help u create the file permissions required and also put the files into the correct folders.
u can uninstall it using installer should u get bored of the game

Ok now I know. You're stealing this directly from a site without even trying probably. I've tried everything and it's obvious that it fails to work.

NO it does work just uninstall and reinstall and set permissions if it doesnt work then you are doing something different and not what the post says because as you can see knight12 got it working.

I got it working, as in I can play. But there is nothing in the "Tap to download" art.
