Is there a 1 step way to get installer.app yet?

Haven't been around lately but I have 1.1.3 and I want installer.app and my friend who has a pc said there's an instant way to do it. Is there one for mac? Thanks

just unzip and ssh into your phone and drag this to your applications folder and then restart your phone
