Ziphone v2.6b can't find iPhone

So I restored my phone to a clean 1.1.4, downloaded the latest version of ZiPhone, unzipped it, ran it but it keeps searching for my phone.

I did everything right. iTunes is on and is recognizing my phone so it should be ok.

Anyone experienced this? Any solution?

I just tried using ziphone 2.5 and same problem. It keeps searching and can't find my iphone! Bummed!

OK, i fixed the problem by restoring (again).
worked great!
