I'm sure there will be more, but i just realized there are little "glow dots" in the dock to indicate an app is running.

Pish posh. I put the price in Fisher-Price.

And, no, I'm not Irving Price. :tounge:

I recently got my first every Mac a few weeks ago. If you are new to Apple computers as I am, you should check out Mac OS X Leopard for Dummies. It's ironic that I just read about this before I put the book down to see what was going on here. I have read about one tenth of the book and have already learned alot.

That's one of the things a new Mac user has to get used to. When you close a program window in Windows, that usually shuts down the program. When you do that using a Mac, the program is usually still running, so check your "dots" to make sure!

Yeah, only $129. Install itself with little input from user. No error messages leading to a completely non-functional computer with no OS. No need to type all those crazy numbers and having to activate the darn thing over and over again by typing endless strings of numbers and lying to the teeth to the computer voice that doesn't want to hear the truth from you. No need to install incredibly expensive programs to monitor your viruses, bacteria and provide anti-viral/antibiotic treatment all at the same time, just to find out that septic shock has already happened and your PC is DEAD!!!!

Absolutely correct. I'm using a hackintosh right now, but my first OSX install went a lot easier than the typical Windows install, and even set up my home network without any input from me!
