Wondering if there is a program that allows you to control your iPhone from your computer. A similar program exists for the Palm Treo. Look at this to get an idea of what I am looking for:

Basically, the iPhone interface will appear on the monitor of my desktop and allow me to interact with it by mouse and keyboard.

I have a similar program for my PocketPC device but unfortunately there is not an iPhone version available. Hopefully in the future someone will come up with one.

I don't know about him, but I would do it just for the coolness factor. Like the opposite of Touchpad.

I used the software for my Pocketpc because it was very fast to enter text and great for screenshots and video presentations as well as making tutorials for how to do something ont he device.

I was hoping to run it in my carpc, which will basically allow me to use the iphone interface as my front end and my touchscreen as the input. The software on the iphone is a whole lot better than any other carpc front end I have ever seen or used.
