So i completly restarted my computer and of course iTunes and everything in it got erased. I know my music will get deleted when i connect my iphone agian but will anything else get deleted? Besides everything in the iPod section of the iphone?

it depends, if your computer completely reformatted then yes, you will have to resync it with your pc.
