What happens when you bring a Malfunctioning Iphone to the Apple Store?????

Hey, I sent my iphone to apple and they sent me a repair service phone...it just dosnt work right, can I just bring it to an apple store and get a new one? how does it work?

id suggest getting the number to that store via apple.com and just asking them.... im sure that you can .. apple is apple right regardless if it is online or the store.. just call and ask..

Is it a loaner phone to use while you wait on your phone to be returned, or is it what they sent you back in exchange for your broken iPhone?
